Odoo Rangers ("we", "us") is an Odoo implementation service based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.odoorangers.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Information we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the subject of your enquiry and your message.
Like most websites, our site also uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering your language and time zone. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use third-party analytics tools.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call
- To prepare proposals and deliver services you ask us for
- To keep records of our communication with you
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our business, and they process information on our behalf only. Our website and contact form are hosted on Odoo, and our email runs on Google Workspace. These providers may store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then delete them or make them anonymous. If you become a client, project records are kept as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including secure (HTTPS) connections and access limited to people who need the information to do their work.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw your consent to our use of your information, subject to legal or contractual limits.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
